As many Emirati H.E. Essa Abdul Rahman Saud Al Dosari decided to pursue his academic studies abroad in United States and after completing his higher educations joined Dubai Municipality. When he moved from Dubai Municipality to Road and Transport Authority (RTA) he developed specifications for the various transportation modes taking into consideration Dubai’s transportation demands and challenges. Grateful to his research and strategic planning skills he contributed primarily in building a world-class integrated transport system for the Emirate of Dubai in line with the highest international standards and best practice.
